Full refund will be made to buyers if the item that you have ordered is Out of Stock.

While we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. We try and maintain a constant supply, but there can be delays and this is due to the fact our suppliers are waiting on deliveries from toy manufacturers which is a situation beyond our control. 50% payment was required once the pre-order is confirmed. Order will not be placed if part payment did not received.

Pre-order buyer entitled for special discount with pre-order rate once the part payment had been received.

1. For West Malaysia (WM):

First 3kg RM15, RM3/kg onwards (Items are estimated to reach within 1-3 working days after sending)
