Here's a little announcement regarding our postage rates .We are going to be having a postage price adjustment taking effect April 2015 onwards.
We have not been adjusting our rates for the last few years, so this new price adjustment is done in anticipation of the upcoming changes in our Malaysia economy,
Peninsular Malaysia only- RM15.00*(Based on total weight < 3kg)
Combined shipping rate will be revised and advised again, according to total weight of purchase.
Between, for those light weight item will be advice to Poslaju delivery service with courier charger RM 7 per parcel will apply.

Once your order has been processed, you with receive a reply confirmation for your item(s) availability and total amount payable (plus delivery charges).
Most items are limited quantity & deplete fast. As i'm a working mother please be patient with me if I'm late to update my stock availability in time. For that items are out of stock, please contact for availability and estimated lead time. However, special discount will be given for those items which are under re-stock progress. Please do the pre-order by provide us your detail.
Full refund will be made to buyers if the item that you have ordered is Out of Stock.
While we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. We try and maintain a constant supply, but there can be delays and this is due to the fact our suppliers are waiting on deliveries from toy manufacturers which is a situation beyond our control. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
50% payment was required once the pre-order is confirmed. Order will not be placed if part payment did not received.
Pre-order buyer entitled for special discount with pre-order rate once the part payment had been received.

Our suppliers located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.
We are placing the order directly from factory, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of item one by one and we will not hold responsible for it.
Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, quality not as good as imagine, don’t like the color and etc.
Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the total amount had been paid.
Full payment was required within 3 days after confirmation of stock arrival. Otherwise, the order will be cancel automatically with no refundable or exchangeable.
Once your order is arrival, we will inform you again the balance amount required to pay (additional charge of postage required). We reserve the right to delivered only after the full payment has been made.
